Shipping

• Carrier: USPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days transit after making.
• Free shipping on all orders $200 and over.
• International: Canada, UK, and Australia available. Rates calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging

Every order ships in a Loch & Cord gift box with handwritten note.

Lead Time

• We have some Bolo Ties ready-made, but typically our pieces are made to order. These are all hand crafted so please know it could take 5-7 days before bolo tie is shipped from order date. If you need it for a special occasion and are on a time crunch please let us know, we will do our best to get it to you sooner.
• Build Your Bolo and wedding parties: 2–3 weeks. Contact us first so we can confirm timeline before you place your order.

Returns

Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.
